Helium
This collection of poetry is a mood board of words that I put together over a few years. Some of the poems were written in a very dark place, others were penned as I was being lifted off the ground.
Falling happens incredibly fast, but rising takes a lot longer. Diving off the side of the mountain you do on your own, but when you claw your way back up you need help. The lines in this book trace my journey.
